Winter Princess

I think I was in a winter mood. Maybe because of the colder nights and mornings. And fall is coming.
I have lighten her skin and add a hint of blue. Than I added the rest used brush tools and many other tools.

*note: Just to let you know the brushes I used, I can't download on my Adobe Elements. It is a 4 year old version. What I did with these brushes is I treated them as an image and used the selection tools. Took a lot of work and time. But, it was fun to see how they turned out!
